1. Defined deliverables
Each project lists its deliverables, such as pages, features, designs, apps, integrations or documentation. Anything not listed is out of scope and handled as a change request.
2. Timelines
Delivery dates are estimates based on the scope and timely client input. We will tell you early if we expect a change.
3. Client content
You provide text, images, logos, product data and access we need. You confirm you have the right to use them. If content is late or incomplete, we may use clearly marked placeholders, and the schedule may change.
4. Revisions
The number of revision rounds included is stated in the proposal. A revision is a refinement of agreed work, not a new direction. Requests beyond the included rounds, or that change the approved scope, are billed as change requests.
5. Review and acceptance
We will share work for review at agreed points. Please give feedback within the agreed review period. Work is treated as accepted when you approve it in writing, or when the review period ends without feedback, or when you use it live, unless it materially departs from the agreed scope.
6. Testing and warranty period
We test deliverables before handover. After launch, we will fix defects, meaning behavior that does not match the agreed scope, free of charge for the warranty period stated in the Project Agreement. Issues caused by third-party changes, your edits, new requirements or misuse are not defects.
7. Ownership and licence
After full payment, you own the custom deliverables created specifically for you, such as your designs, content and project-specific code, as agreed in the Project Agreement. Until payment, we retain all rights and grant only a limited permission to review.
We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, templates and know-how, and grant you a non-exclusive licence to use them as part of your deliverables.
8. Open source and third-party components
Deliverables may include open-source or licensed components that remain subject to their own licences. Third-party fees and licence terms apply and are your responsibility unless included in the quote.
9. Hosting, domains and accounts
Where possible, domains, hosting, app store and cloud accounts are registered in your name or transferred to you at handover. If we manage them for you, we will tell you and agree the arrangement.
10. Handover
At completion, we provide the final files or access, and basic documentation where included in scope. Source code access, admin credentials and training are provided if listed in the deliverables.
11. Backups and your data
You are responsible for keeping copies of your own content and data unless a backup service is part of an agreed support plan.
12. Portfolio rights
We may reference the finished work in our portfolio as described in our Terms and Conditions, unless you ask us not to.
